Kan ik het huurcontract verlengen na 24 maanden? Na afloop van het tijdelijke contract kan alleen een vast huurcontract (voor onbepaalde tijd) worden aangeboden, indien beide partijen dit wensen.

Mag ik de woning delen met een huisgenoot? Nee, de woning wordt uitsluitend verhuurd aan één student. Woningdelen is niet toegestaan volgens de huurovereenkomst.

Can I extend the rental contract after 24 months? After the temporary contract expires, only a permanent rental contract (for an indefinite period) can be offered, if both parties agree.

Can I share the studio with a roommate? No, the property is exclusively rented to a single student. House sharing is not permitted under the rental agreement.
