Indien gewenst is het mogelijk om een parkeerplaats te huren op het af te sluiten achtergelegen terrein (parkeergarage en parkeerdek) tegen een maandelijks huurtarief van € 50,-. Een opslagruimte kan ook gehuurd worden voor € 50,- per maand.

Het aanleveren van een geldige studentenverklaring is voor deze locatie verplicht. Hier mogen enkel studenten wonen.

Also bus stops and the central station are within walking distance. Within about 30 minutes you are on Scheveningen beach and there are plenty of activities/outings in the area. The Haagse Hogeschool is at approx. 6 minutes cycling distance, which makes this location perfect for students.

This studio, suitable for 1 person, is equipped with:

The rental price of a room including advance payment G/W/L and service costs is € 960,-. Rental allowance is not possible.

The deposit is twice the monthly inclusive rent.

If desired, it is possible to rent a parking space in the closed rear area (parking garage and parking deck) at a monthly rental rate of € 50, -. A storage room can also be rented for € 50,- per month.

Providing a valid student statement is mandatory for this location. Only students are allowed to live here.
