Wij de volgende verhuurprocedure:

• Aanmelding kan alleen per email of via deze site
• Geef in je aanmelding aan waarom je de woning zou willen huren, per wanneer en geef je inkomenssituatie aan. We gaan er vanuit dat je bekend met de locatie en de kenmerken van de woning (o.a. 1 slaapkamer en een kleine tuin) en de huurvoorwaarden.
• Vragen alleen via de mail of via deze website versturen
• Aanvragen die aan bovenstaande voorwaarden niet voldoen kunnen we helaas niet in behandeling nemen
• Aanvragen worden in volgorde van ontvangst in behandeling genomen.

• Kandidaten dienen voldoende inkomen en een vast dienstverband te hebben of minimaal een jaarcontract op het moment dat de huur ingaat. Zelfstandigen moeten d.m.v. een accountantsverklaring het inkomen van de afgelopen 2 jaar aan kunnen tonen en evt. een bankgarantie aan kunnen leveren. Het is niet mogelijk dat derden garant staan voor de huurbetaling als men zelf niet over voldoende inkomen beschikt. Minimum leeftijd 18 jaar Nederlandse nationaliteit of geldige verblijfsvergunning.

RENTAL PROCEDURE:
Due to the corona pandemic and the measures in force, we use the following rental procedure:

• Registration for a viewing is only possible by email or via this website
• Tell us in your application why you would like to rent the house, per when and indicate your income situation. We assume that you are familiar with the location and characteristics of the house (including 1 bedroom and a small garden) and the rental conditions.
• From the registration, a selection is made in consultation of candidates who may view the property. The viewings will take place in the week of 29 November under the measures in force.
