First, a semicircular residential building on the former harbor and a straight strip on Stieltjesstraat; together with existing 19th-century buildings (Stieltjesstraat), this forms a common courtyard. Another iconic building adjacent to the ‘Halfrond’ is the monument: ‘De Vijf Werelddelen’ (The Five Continents); a former warehouse built between 1875 and 1879 and originally intended for the duty-free storage of transit goods. The 'Entrepothaven' borders this along with nice restaurants.

The area around ‘De Boog en de Evenaar’ (the Halfrond) is amazing: restaurants (eg. Okay, ‘t Zusje Rotterdam, Proeflokaal Bregje, Restaurant Allure) , supermarkets, daycares and gym. Nearby you have three iconic bridges: De Hef (monument), Willems Bridge and the Erasmus Bridge that both leading you to the heart of Rotterdam. Ground floor entrance: You enter the terrace through a private gate and from there the apartment.

First, we have a hallway that provides access to several rooms. Through the glass door we enter the spacious living and dining area. Thanks to the sliding door, plenty of natural light enters. In the living room there is a spacious corner sofa present, coffee table, TV with cabinet and a large table with six chairs. Through the sliding door you have access to the spacious terrace (25m2) located at the South East which is lovely to enjoy the warmer summer months. The terrace has a wide view over the square of the De Vijf Werelddelen and on your right you have a nice view on the marina with its monumental cranes.
