From the rear of the apartment there is access to the balcony located on the East.

Through the hallway there is access to the first bedroom located at the front of the apartment. This room provides access to the separate second balcony at the front. At the rear of the apartment is the second bedroom and third bedroom which can be used as a study or office space. The bathroom and a separate toilet are located in the hallway.
