Very nice and bright 3 room apartment of approx. 63m2, with balcony, located in the popular Helmersbuurt in Oud-West. The apartment has just been refreshed!

Within walking distance you will find the Jan Pieter Heijestraat, the Ten Kate market, the Kinkerstraat, the Vondelpark, the Overtoom and of course the trendy “Hallen”. The Jordaan and Leidseplein can also be reached within 10 minutes by bicycle. Just around the corner are many nice coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. However, the street itself is wonderfully quiet. Central Station, Zuid station, Lelylaan station and / or Sloterdijk are easily accessible by bicycle or by public transport with trams 7, 17 and 1. The A10 ring highway is also quickly accessible.
