Welkom in onze lichte maisonnette in Amsterdam! Geniet van het grote dakterras met veel groen, heerlijk in de avondzon. Op loopafstand van metrostation Ganzenhoef (binnen 20 minuten op centraal station) en dichtbij de Bijlmer Arena Ziggo Dome, AFAS live. Betaald parkeren op straat en nabij fiets- en wandelroutes. Perfect voor een comfortabel verblijf met uitstekende verbinding naar het centrum.

Indeling:
Appartement is gelegen op de 3e en 4e verdieping, zonder lift. Bij binnenkomst op de 3e verdieping is de hal met toegang tot de twee slaapkamers en badkamer met toilet. De slaapkamers hebben een 180x200cm bed in de eerste slaapkamer en een 80/160x200cm uitschuifbare bedbank in de tweede kamer. Er zullen beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig zijn.

Via de trap kom je in de ruime en lichte woonkamer/keuken waarbij je gebruik kan maken van een volledige keukenuitrusting en er is een tweede toilet aanwezig. De TV heeft een chromecast. Via de woonkamer is er toegang tot een ruim terras.

Toegang voor gasten:
Je kunt gebruik maken van alle ruimtes in het huis. Let wel op dat wij hier wonen, alle spullen zijn door ons met veel zorg uitgezocht en wij gaan er vanuit dat er met respect mee omgegaan wordt.

Belangrijk:
Appartement is gelegen op de 3e en 4e verdieping zonder lift!
Let op, in de ruimte zullen twee terrariums aanwezig zijn, zonder dieren! De hamsters verblijven in een pension tijdens onze afwezigheid.

Welcome to our bright maisonette in Amsterdam! Enjoy the large roof terrace with lots of greenery, lovely in the evening sun. Within walking distance of metro station Ganzenhoef (within 20 minutes at central station) and close to the Bijlmer Arena Ziggo Dome, AFAS live. Paid parking on the street and near cycling and walking routes. Perfect for a comfortable stay with excellent connection to the center.

Layout:
Apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor, without elevator.

Upon entering on the 3rd floor is the hall with access to the two bedrooms and bathroom with toilet. The bedrooms have a 180x200cm bed in the first bedroom and an 80/160x200cm pull-out sofa bed in the second room. Bed linen and towels will be provided.

Via the stairs you enter the spacious and bright living room/kitchen where you can use a full kitchen equipment and there is a second toilet. The TV has a chromecast. Through the living room there is access to a spacious terrace.

Guest access:
You can use all the rooms in the house. Please note that we live here, all items have been carefully selected by us and we assume that they will be treated with respect.

Important:
The apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor without an elevator!
Please note that there will be two terrariums in the room, without animals! The hamsters will stay in a boarding house during our absence.
